He also provides inhouse psychological services to an international finance company and works with people in the organisational sector who suffer from mood disorders.

He is very aware of the multiple factors that influence the manifestations of mood disorders and believes that the presentation is unique for each individual. He is a strong advocate for the role of psychological treatment in bipolar disorder, in particular, and has enormous respect for the strength, insight and wisdom often revealed by the sufferers of mood disorders.
